Disney DCM-1 Classic Mickey Waffle Maker, Brushed Stainless Steel

We love this waffle maker, it’s been a great purchase and has even saved us money. We bring it with us to Disney because Mickey waffles are a must, and this lets us make them ourselves instead of paying the high prices at the parks or hotels. It’s small enough to not take up too much space in our bags, and quickly makes us waffles. It works well and makes it easy to enjoy them anytime/anywhere.

If it wasn’t for the fact that the Mickey waffle maker does. It have a temperature function that tells you when they are done, this would be a 5 star product. I suuuuuuuuuper love making waffles for my family and friends and this waffle maker is really easy to use and clean while also making the waffles pretty quick. I returned the first one I had because I thought it was a product malfunction that the little Mickey didn’t turn from blue to red to indicate completion, which was what I saw in a friends Mickey Waffle maker which I swear was exactly like mine, but then I reciceived the 2nd one and it did the same thing. I kept it because the details that come out are really great and my friends and family loves it, but I just wish it had a temperature gage.

Fantastic Christmas gift

I bought this for my grandson. He loves his Mickey Mouse pancakes. Easy to use and easy to clean.

This makes the best waffles ever! They are kind of a cross between a waffle and a really thick pancake. It is almost fool proof, it hasn't let me make a bad one yet! Adults and kids alike love them and tend to eat more of them! The non stick finish works very well and you can add blueberries or pretty much whatever you like without ruining them. I do have one slight criticism and one suggestion because of it, The waffles do take a while to make (about 4 minutes each) and it makes one at a time so when making them for more than 4 people it takes a while. My suggestion is to do what I did and get two of them as it really speeds up the process. We have a large family when all together so having two is really a big help. The maker is small and storing two of them takes up less space than the old waffle maker they replaced. Hopefully the maker will eventually make a double one and solve the problem. I have one stainless and one red one and there is no difference so I would buy the cheapest one!

My sons favourite breakfast is Mickey eggos, after finding out he has a diary allergy we bought this to try to get him to still eat breakfast (because when you are 2 waffles taste different when they are shaped differently lol) Works great! Super cute!
