Hinge failure
Bought direct from Lenovo - be warned about this one please everyone...Mine fell apart one week before Lenovo warrantee expired. The lid is not strong enough around the hinge, and has cracked in a manner that the lid has come apart from the main body.Lenovo customer support is shockingly bad. They cancelled the case just after expiry, after just one failed attempt to contact me (while I was at work). Unless in date, their system is geared up to not accept any correspondence, and I have yet to 'find a way in' to get them to honour their obligation.Shame, because as a computer, it is really good.The laptop has not even been moved around much, it's been set up in my home office on the desk for nearly all of its short life.

Impressed so far
I have had this laptop for two weeks. Wow is it fast!Bought to replace my last 5 year old Levono laptop which had a damaged screen and network adaptor was failing.I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on this laptop and at just under £480 it has everything I need for home working. AMD Ryzen 5 4500U 8GB 15.6"The battery life is amazing and although quite a heavy user I find the battery lasts for about 40 hours between charges.
