The ME-1003 Brush-Type Permanent Magnet DC Motor is a high-efficiency, durable motor designed for battery-operated equipment. It supports a wide voltage range of 12 to 72 volts and can handle a continuous current of 200 amps (with 500 amps peak for 1 minute). Featuring a double brush set for enhanced durability and performance, this compact motor (8" OD, 7.42" length) is ideal for professional applications requiring reliable, powerful electric drive solutions.

## Description

The ME1003 is a same motor as the ME0709 but it has a double brush set to handle 200 amps continuous. This ME1003 is a Brush-Type, Permanent Magnet DC motor with very high efficiency. For voltages from 12 to 72 VDC input and 200 amps continuous (500 amps for 1 minute) @ 72 Volts. Designed for battery operated equipment. For more information, see the Performance Information section. This motor has similar performance to the Lynch, Lemco, and AGNI motors. We recommend that you use an AXE7245 Controller with this motor & a solenoid that is rated for 400 amp continuous like the JCA-400 with the appropriate diode & pre-charge resistor.
