Waste of Money
We had a guest who didn't clean the shower for a month and, you guessed it, black mold on the grout. We used the mold killer as directed., and then this product was suppose to remove the dead black mold and prevent it from regrowing. Well, two attempts and nothing. It's not even dark grey!

Didn’t care for this product at all. Saw it on TV and bought it for it’s great reviews. Didn’t do a thing for my outdoor patio furniture. I have pvc with plastic mesh cushions. The kool deck was a bit cleaner under the chairs after using the product. Also this can be a bit difficult to work with as you need to dump the product into a bucket and then somehow apply it to the surface to be cleaned. Or you can try funneling it into a spray bottle (have fun with that) without spilling it everywhere.

Used this on a house with lots of black spot staining on gutters and siding. Did not removing stains. Followed instructions, removed caked on soil first, sprayed immediately after, areas not in direct sunlight. No suggestions on a better product, still looking. On the plus side, it didn't discolor the siding or gutters.

This product did not clear up black mold spots on the wood in our attic.
This product has two connected bottles and our’s came leaking through the box. The bottle design does not hold up to shipping. The company representative told me via a phone call that they most likely will stop shipping this product because of the potential leaking but it will still be provided at Home Depot.
