Switched models to get this top.
This cover is great. I have a Brinsea brooder close to the same size as the Premiere and it was a hassle keeping the chicks off the top of it. I bought this hoping it would fit on the Brinsea but it didn't. They don't make tops for their brooders. I then bought the Premiere brooder that goes with this cover and now use my Brinsea as a "backup" or that was my excuse. The Premiere brooder and top work perfectly. I have 20 happy chicks under it now and they have tried and failed to get up on the top of this thing. They slide right off a few times and then give up. :)
