Q: What are the heights of this desk? From floor to main desk and floor to the very top of the shelving part?

I measured it just now and to the desk is approx. 29" and to top of the shelving frame (black metal) is approx. 47". Hope this helps, I really love this desk.

Q: How wide is the desk from the edge to the shelf?

It’s about 40” wide from where the shelf ends. The shelf is about 7” wide and in total the desk is 47” wide. It’s a pretty big desk though, and it’s made of heavy materials not cheap ikea wood.

Q: Can the shelves withstand the weight of a printer?

They are sturdy but narrow, so it depends on the size of the printer. I would think the bottom shelf would be the one to use if the printer fits.
