have to apply a few times during lifts. chalk wears off quick. I have another brand that isn't as water based and it lasts a lot longer. I don't need to reapply it.

Too thin and messy
I agree with some of the other negative reviews. This particular brand of liquid grip was too thin for me. While it did improve my grip soemwhat for deadlifts, cleans, etc. it took too long to dry and came off easily. It was also prone to splattering and very messy.

Was a little shocked it actually looks and feels like chalk and even creates the dust. I've used others before that didn't rub off as easily, requires multiple applications so I'm sure I'll use this up pretty quickly. Works until it's all off the hands.
