I quit sugary cereal and I feel a lot better.

This is my favorite flavor of this brand of shake. My mother is on a bariatric diet and they told her to drink these and broth. I am not ready to go under the knife but I want to loose weight. I find it very easy to drink these and I am not starving soon after. If I am still hungry a few hours later I will either drink a few sips of a shake or eat a small piece of protein, I eat one meal a day and drink these shakes and so far I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks. I am sure that is probably too fast then the recommended 2 lbs per week but I am happy that something is actually working. When I ask the doctor for help they just suggest I get surgery.

Good price & good protein shake.

Can't handle the artificial sweetners so put in the freezer an hour pour in with frozen fruit, blend and I can hardly taste the AS. Strawberry or Vanilla best with fruit.

I started drinking these shakes based on the recommendation of my nutritionist. They contain 30 grams of protein per shake, which is significantly more than many similar shakes that contain 15-20 grams of protein. What's most important to me, though, is that these shakes actually taste good. I had tried some other protein shakes in the past, and the taste was really lacking. I got tired of drinking those in short order. These shakes, though, are very different in that respect. I actually enjoy drinking my Premier Protein shakes.I hope you found this review helpful. I saw someone I follow on social media using these in her morning coffee to help keep her full and to get enough protein throughout her day. I decided to try it out with this and the chocolate flavor and holllllly moly I am so glad I did. It helps keep me full and stops me from snacking, and I just... feel better throughout the day.It's not chalky and there is no real aftertaste. It actually taste good! Good enough that I have used them for smoothies and to make yummy coffee drinks. It is a bit on the sweet side so I recommend mixing it with something if you can (Like coffee!).

I was surprised to find that I really liked this protein shake. I'd tried that one that Atkins makes, and I found it to have an unpleasant after taste. So, I thought I'd try the premier brand of protein shakes. I myself find them better because of the taste, yet for me, more importantly it has twice as many grams of protein and less calories from fat intake... I just thought the Premier brand was superior all around. I just find it to be too expensive. It's nearly$2.00 per shake. I am trying not to drink more than one per day, which I need to do. It came in a 4 pack... that's only 4 days worth, so I have to make a decision soon as to whether or not to continue to purchase from Amazon or from Costco if I can find someone who has a membership there. But, it's a good protein shake and better than the Atkins brand...in my opinion anyway. Thank you.

These are the very BEST protein shakes EVER! 30 Grams of Protein and only 160 Calories - and they actually TASTE GOOD!!! And the price is even reasonable!My trick - put them in the freezer for 2.5 to 3 hours, take them out and enjoy them immediately OR place them in the refrigerator and enjoy them later on, or even the next day. They don't get totally HARD like ice cream - just thick, like a milkshake! It's like you're cheating on your diet - but really, it IS your diet!!! The Vanilla ones are AWESOME, but the Chocolate ones are also really good, and so are the Strawberry - and they definitely kill my craving for something sweet!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
