Is there a audio output to connect to a speaker?

There is no audio output. Your computer sound card generates the audio though you may have to buy a better audio interface to improve audio performance.

Is there a keyboard stand that fits the nektar impact gx49?

The Nektar impact is shallow so universal stands will be much deeper; however, width is not an issue. I purchased a Yamaha single brace stand with stops at the end. It works very well.

My son is 8 year old learning piano. We are going away for 3 weeks and he needs to practice during trip. Can he use it as a regular piano?

For sure, I have one but you have to know that the keys arent weighted as much. I believe this was made more for composing/production the keys are springy compared to a piano but just to stay up on scales chords and stuff i think it would be great.
