Me ha ayudado a regular mi ciclo, también he notado (ya tengo 2 meses usándola) mayor presencia de moco cervical en mi periodo e ovulación, lo que era bastante escaso, otra cosa es que mi piel no se como explicar que cerca de mi ciclo menstrual olía extraño, fuerte, no se como explicar y luego de un tiempo tomando esto, no m ha vuelto a pasar.
