Sharp
Really like the ceramic knives, although the smallest one we use all the time (We use a wooden cutting board as suggested) doesn’t seem to be as sharp as when I first purchased two months ago! Kept the plastic packaging it came in to store in my silverware drawer!

Not sharp.
These are about as sharp as a butter knife. Cannot sharpen bread knife that could hardly cut banana bread, so will return.

Good to have
Definitely a nice knife for vegetables and boneless meat.

It may hurt you..
The knives were received as posted. Extremly sharp (kuddo)!, balance is good (kuddo)! PROBLEM: The handles do NOT have a thumb guard (baddo)! I learned the hard way and cut my thumb and it hurt like hell. Your thumb will (may) actually rest against the back of the blade itself. If your grip slips, you can be subject to a cut and the knives as sharp as they are will undoubtly cut your thumb or hand. I compared with some knives, similiar and like in design, I have and a thumb guard is present. Why they failed to include on the se new knives is irresponsible.

works so far so good
Will await to see how brittle they are. Also waiting to see if how fast they lose sharpness.

Sharp as a razor!
These are used primarily for cutting and slicing vegetables. The manufacturer advises against using them to chop items and not to cut thru bone. They are medium sized at best which is fine and sharp as a straight razor. I would highly recommend using a much larger steel chefs knife to chop with. And using a steel meat cleaver to cut thru bone. But I am sure most of you already know this kitchen protocol. I am still quite pleased with this purchase.
