Healthy but they should have soaked soil with more water

Damaged sapling
The sapling received was broken at the stem region and there is no replacement or return Option available. We pay 300-400 per sapling and for some it goes beyond that too and we receive the product in damaged condition. It didn’t survive even a day after joining the stem with tread and placing it in nutrient soil mix. The stem went completely dried up and plant is dead. I applied for replacement or refund which is not available and trying from past two days. Really disappointed. Thank you
