Used it ,fluffy bread every time.

Great quality
We used to get our instant yeast from UK relatives, but Covid :(. Made our first baking ( whole wheat and a little ragi too!). Rose beautifully as you can see. V. happy and as one loaf uses just 1.5 tsp, the pack will go a long way, so value for money is also good.

Best instant yeast you could lay your hands on
After several failed attempts at using yeast in breads, this was the first time that I have been happy. The yeast is high quality and ensures the perfect rise to your breads during proofing. This yeast brings out that happy feeling once you see your breads rise.

Does the job
Yeast is good. Store in fridge. No warm water needed. Kneading is important, yeast alone wonr raise your bread
