Please note if you are the professional carpanter or serious about wood working do not buy this product is more like a toy ..not well thought .If you fix the vice as is on the bench the stopper for the jaws will fail to function ..the alignment of the jaws is not well thought or the product is deffective ..fixing the vice on the table is also not easy ...and the vice is also very expensive as compared to the cost in local market ..so please think twice before spending the money.i made a mistake ...:(

Very good quality clamps made in India, where you need long length and adjustable clamps. My use would be for woodwork, cabinet. A good investment if you would be using them frequently.On a side note, they are so premium looking (silver-black) metal, you could put them up as showpiece or make jewellery out of them :D.

Iam a hobbyist and not a professional wood worker. I purchased the Climax antique vice for a wooden chair making. This product is superb. I use it to fix the joints. It is sturdy, efficient, and the looks....Wonderful. I strongly recommend it for diyers. It is more advantageous if you order a pair. I have two. The cost is also very reasonable. If you contact the manufacturer they always help you with tips. Moreover Climax company is the only one to contact me to advise about the product before despatch.
