I bought two of these last year one survived a week in Portugal but when I tested the other for this years holiday it too deflated after a few hours.Nevertheless I thought I would give them another go and bought one for Italy. Within two days of a 7 year old using it, it got a leak.It’s bit bizarre as the fabric/materials seem quite durable but I think the weakness is in the seams.I’ve now sent it back for refund and will rather spend more for a Better quality board.

Bought this for our Cornwall holiday - as we've had bodyboards for years, but they tend to dig in the surf if you're not careful, and can be quite dangerous in a big surf if that happens. Our youngest is great in teh water, and given recent storms, we thought to give one of these a try.DELIGHTED! Not only does the "board" not dive in the water if you're not careful, but also it glides much better over the waves, meaning you can surf even in much smaller water. We bought the board for our daughter who is 12, but very small/slight for her age - and this is great for her. But also I had a go with it, (and I am her 54 year-old Dad, and am far from slight!!); even for me, the board was great.We just had some winter sun in St Lucia last week - and because this is so light, and packs up so small, we took it along with us, also. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS.The material it is made from is the sturdy rubber/plastic you get on rubber dinghies, and so it can take a lot of pressure - basically you blow it up as hard as you can - almost like a stand-up paddle-board - and it is rock hard and rigid - yet soft enough that when it bangs in to you in the surf, it does not hurt.Thanks NHBetys !!

This was of for a few uses, however blew up on holiday and all off the inner structure has disappeared so it’s no longer board shaped…..not great value for money. Expected more for the price (£18.99)
