This sharpener is only for Maped brand colour pep colour pencils and crayons. Does not work at all for other pencils. They have not mentioned that anywhere in the product description.

Sturdy but get your angle right!
A good pencil sharpener but for the standard size it doesn’t always feed naturally to the correct angle so I’ve had a few odd sharpened pencils! The container section is securely fastened and the see through window is helpful to see how full it is

Temperino con un bel design, ergonomico di plastica, resistente e bellissimo da vedere.la sua specificità (come indicato sulla confezione) è di temperare le mine delle matite coloratesenza affilarle troppo e quindi spezzare la mina. è adatta per tutti i tipi di pastelli sia di piccolo che di grande diametro (ha due fori). penso sia l'ideale per temperare i pastelli prismacolor e ottenere la punta perfetta per lavorare, esattamente come quella che hanno nella scatola. lo consiglio.Arriva in colore random (a me è arrivato rosso e arancione).

Great for colored pencils!
This is the best sharpener I have found for my PrismaColor soft core colored pencils (and trust me, I've tried a ton of different sharpeners).
