Whilst I have only had the drill a day I thought I would write a review anyway. The drill is very well made and has what I would describe as comfortable weight giving it a solid but usable feel. The construction materials and finish seem comparable with a much more expensive drill.The drill comes with a useful and extensive set of accessories such as screwdriver bits, masonry, wood and metal drill bits, brushes to clean sinks with etc, charger with a UK plug, bendable screwdriver extension, tape measure and a really decent canvas type bag to hold everything.The battery was already fairly well charged but I charged it until full anyway. The charger has a LED that shines red while charging and green when finished.Using the drill on a piece of wood was clean and efficient. Holes can be drilled quite quickly and screws inserted into wood with impressive power for such a small tool.The handbook is well worth reading as it contains very good advice for using the drill.If you bought all the accessories individually it would cost a lot more. Anyway I like the drill and I think it is a great purchase. I hope it will last me a long while.Added a month or so later...I drilled into a brick with a 3mm Workpro masonry bit. I set the drill to hammer, made sure the chuck was hand tightened sufficiently and chose speed 1. I drilled slowly and the bit sank into the brick to about 1cm before I stopped. The drill didn't overheat and the bit did not come loose in the chuck. I was able to remove the bit quite easily untwisting by hand.I think this drill will be good for small masonry jobs providing I go slow and use fairly small bits. So once again I'm pleased. Also the battery retained its charge over a month.

I am impressed with this drill. I have seen other reviewers slamming it for what they claim is a clear lack of power. I contest that they either received a faulty unit (seems unlikely given the frequency), or that they are confusing the power output of the drill with its battery life - which is how I read it in hindsight. I find that the battery life is perfectly on-par when you consider the raw power the drill can output and the relative nominal 2Ah battery it ships with. Which is to say, not great, but not worse than I see in my name-brand comparative drills. Opening the unit up to check the electronics and build quality, I note that the build quality both from an electronics and a mechanical perspective seems absolutely comparable with what I mind in Makita and Dewalt, I even find that the 30% glass fibre reinforced plastic for the casing is actually more rigid than some name brands. The gear box is cased in a glass fibre reinforced plastic as well, with will limit the lifespan of the drill somewhat, but I do not subtract stars for this fact simply because drills at twice the price from name-brand competitors are doing exactly the same. For a hobbyist this has proven good enough, and considering I can buy two of these before finding the price of the competition I feel perfectly fine about it. Side note the manufacturer might not be ecstatic about; if you're handy with a file and care not about things like warranty, it is reasonably easy (I did it) to modify the base of the handle to accept Parkside 20v batteries, which in the UK and Ireland at least are cheap and plentiful. They are CLEARLY made at the same factory, but I have yet to find a Parkside branded drill I liked as much as I do this one.UPDATE June 16th 2022: The drill was 70 Euro at the time I made the purchase (May 9th 2022). It is now 105 Euro. That might alter the price comparisons above; make your own judgement.

Easy to use,alot lighter than other drills,the only problems I've found is that a drill bit has broken after using twice and the bits can became loose during use but areally good drill I recommend!!!

I bought this to help me with my kitchen install. Utilising it on the many screws I have driven in has saved my somewhat tired and arthritic hands. Very light, with a clutch, small and versatile and lasts for ages in terms of battery life. You can get in all of the tights spaces and comes with a handy flexible extension bar that gets you in to the most difficult of areas.The bits are typically cheap and soft, but I always expect that on kits like this. Buy decent bits like I have and it wont matter, but the driver itself its simply fantastic for the price!

Advert is misleading as didn’t come with a bag, the scrubbers or full set of advertised drill bits.The one star is because I’m happy to return the unsatisfactory item!!

I use drills and impacts a lot and This little drill is ideal for what I needed it for it’s small powerful and does everything you need I used to carry around a bigger well known brand (which was heavy) but this exceeded my expectations it’s got a nice weight to it feels very sturdy and so no problems at all drilling through wood,metal and brick and all the little accessories are nice touch but I use my own, overall I highly recommend this drill.

The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with this drill. It comes with a ton of accessories, multiple batteries and a carry case. The build quality of the drill is excellent and it has a really heavy duty feel to it. It has an excellent twist chuck to secure bits and holds them securely. The battery life is excellent and you get two batteries and a charger in the kit. The recharge time is quick. It has variables speeds, torque settings and reverse drilling. As well as the various bits you also get a Stanley knife, tape measure and scrubbing brush head attachments. It is a very high quality drill that's made very quick work of my DIY jobs. I'm really pleased with it and all the extras that it comes with. Great drill.
