Excellent Value
I have been flying rather often lately and up until now have made do the best I could with a compact carry on. But I finally decided to go with a large bag I could check and bought this 29” one. When it arrived I was overwhelmed with how much more space it had than I was used to! But even though it’s large, I found it easy to handle and relatively lightweight. I really appreciated the placement of the sturdy handles on all three sides. And because I’m not too tall, I found that I didn’t even need to use the pullout handle to roll it along, the regular, stronger one worked just fine for me. The bag came with a little lock and key but unfortunately I couldn’t get it to work. Oh well. The two wheels worked just fine, easy to maneuver, no tipping at all, but then again, I never packed it all the way full. Mine is a pretty navy blue color, and even though the back side is black, I didn’t have any problem recognizing it on the baggage carousel. It came through both flights very well, only a little scuffed from one flight (very minor). So yes, I recommend this luggage.

I'm impressed. It went through a lot...and is still going strong!!
I got this case for a year of mission in Ireland. We were constantly in and out of houses--rarely stayed longer than 2 nights in the same place, which means it was always being repacked, carried up and down stairs, dragged across a driveway--oftentimes through rain, and thrown (sometimes not very kindly) into the back of a van with 8 other cases. The lightest amount of weight it ever had was probably 45lbs. Easily got 60 lbs in there. No zippers busted. I had to use the expansion zipper only once. You can see the mesh on the inside pocket is torn--THIS WAS COMPLETELY MY FAULT. I had acquired pins that I decorated the inside of my bag for, and sharp pins don't do well with mesh. Who knew! I was really concerned throughout the year with the handle on the side of the bag. (the picture for this didn't upload) It was showing signs of distress throughout the year--side of the case bowing outward, etc. But it held up the entire time with little tearing of the handle! The outside of the bag held up really well--only a few minor tears/rubs on the canvas material. The bottom was a little scuffed up--again, it didn't go through the best terrain. My only concern at the moment are the wheels. They bow out a little bit with added weight (understandably). Otherwise, it's still looking and working GREAT. This case lasted a year on the road for me and is still 100% usable!! If you're looking for a reliable, long lasting, strong suitcase, I would strongly recommend this one!

Lightweight but not for every week travel
I fly every Monday and Friday with this luggage piece, so far after 2 months the side has a small tear in the fabric, but the integrity is still intact. I do not believe the quality is sub par, just that the airline luggage handlers are rough with all luggage. If you want a heavy duty luggage piece this may not be for you, but for a casual traveler, it is perfect because of it being light weight.

Poor Quality
I travel very little, so after reading the positive reviews about this product and the durability that some experienced while using the luggage for multiple trips, I assumed this would be a very good choice for someone who travels two times per year. Unfortunately, I should have trusted the negative reviews. After one trip the fabric pilled on the front so severely, I used scissors to trim...nothing major but a frustration for new luggage. During trip two, the luggage was placed in the cargo area of an SUV, personally packed, with other luggage and travel items. After arriving at the destination, the fabric on the back of the luggage had multiple 3 to 4 inches tears that aligned with the "support bars" in the luggage. On the return trip, these tears worsened so the luggage is no longer usable (the bars are poking through the fabric). I contacted the company and completed a warranty claim. Marketing for this luggage advertises: "dedication to quality, committed to excellence, designed to withstand the rigors of global travel". Two months after submitting photos of the damage and a clearly written explanation, I was awarded a computer-generated response stating, "The damage sustained to your luggage is not considered a manufacture defect but damage to the luggage. The limited warranty program does not cover dents, cracks, scratches, cuts, and or scuffs to the body of the luggage after use." The response continued on suggesting the damage was caused by misuse during travel. I am unsure how to be more careful when using this luggage for travel. Maybe wrapping in bubble wrap for protection? This product is very lightweight and a good price. However, when it must be replaced after two uses, the price point is no longer an advantage. I never leave negative reviews, but I hope this review helps other buyers avoid wasting money.

Travel Select Amsterdam Softside Expandable Luggage
I’m very impressed with the Travel Select Amsterdam Softside Expandable Luggage with Rolling Wheels, Orange, 29-Inch. The size is perfect for longer trips, and the expandable feature gives extra packing space without making the suitcase feel bulky. The bright orange color makes it very easy to spot at baggage claim, which is a huge plus when traveling. The wheels roll smoothly, and the handles feel sturdy and comfortable to use. It held up well during travel and kept everything organized and protected. Great value for the price and a dependable luggage option for frequent travelers.

Not Sturdy Enough for Airline Checked Luggage
I purchased the 29-inch size for week long business trips via airline travel so that I could fit my sleep apnea machine and bring back a few local food and drinks from my destinations. I specifically looked for the roller design, as it maximizes the available size to accommodate those needs. The front pockets are also well structured and roomy enough for extra space and quick items for items not needed on a flight, but readily available when picked up from package claim. Handles on the side, top and bottom helped with lifting it in and out of shuttle busses. I also find that the roller design makes it much easier to control the direction of the bag at faster walking paces than with slightly smaller bags I have used with spinners. On my first trip, I retrieved it from baggage claim with a six inch tear on the back that lined up perfectly with one of the retractable handle carrier tubes. While on this trip, I repaired it with Gorilla tape and lined the back of the luggage with bubble wrap. The repair and modification has held up so far for six trips: three airline and three road trips. On the 5th (airline) trip, the top handle broke off while retrieving it from the baggage claim carousel, slightly injuring my hand. The metal buckle hand come loose. The bag was also severely deformed, with the side handle panel pulling away from the bag when carried from there. It made it difficult to load sideways into the shuttle busses and into the trunk of a vehicle. When I returned home, I was able to "pop" the side back into place where it looked normal again. I was also able to reinsert the top handle's buckle back into the loop. On my most recent 6th air travel with the bag, the top handle gave way again on the final leg of the trip, with the side panel with the handle deformed. This time around, my repair involved bending the buckle closed as well as soldering the joints of both buckles with a small butane torch. We will see how long this repair will hold. While this bag is roomy and light weight, the 29 inch size does not appear to be built well enough for the rigors of air travel. Without any interior padding, the fabric around the edges of hard parts is prone to tearing. It is also possible that the handles are not rated for a bag to weight over 50 lbs, as the times where it has broken, my bag was loaded to around 62 lbs on the first incident, and 52 lbs on the second incident.

A reliable suitcase
I recently purchased this suitcase for my last trip, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! This luggage is an absolute game-changer when it comes to convenience, durability, and organization during travel. First and foremost, the build quality is outstanding. The 1200D 2-tone polyester with PVC backing ensures that the luggage can withstand the rigors of travel without showing any signs of wear and tear. No matter how rough the handling, this luggage remained in pristine condition, which gives me the confidence that it will last for many more trips to come. The interior retractable handle with the push-button mechanism is a small yet highly appreciated feature. It makes maneuvering through crowded airports and busy streets a breeze. The handle locks firmly into place, providing a sturdy grip without any wobbling or instability. One of the standout features of this luggage is undoubtedly the inline skate wheels with corner protectors. These wheels glide effortlessly, even on uneven surfaces, allowing me to navigate through airports with minimal effort. The corner protectors have proven to be a lifesaver, preventing any scuffs or damage that could potentially occur during baggage handling. Inside, I found the full lined interior to be quite spacious, providing ample room for all my belongings. The large zipper pockets are perfect for organizing smaller items, while the compression straps keep everything secure and in place. No more rummaging through my suitcase to find things—I can easily access whatever I need with ease. As for the size, the 29” H x 17” W x 10” D (expanding to 12 in. D) measurements are spot-on. It's roomy enough to hold a week's worth of clothes and essentials, yet it still fits comfortably in overhead compartments on airplanes. In conclusion, the suitcase is an outstanding travel companion that I highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable and functional luggage. Its durability, easy handling, and well-designed interior make it worth every penny. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase, and I'm already looking forward to my next adventure with this fantastic piece of luggage by my side!

Medium quality
Quality is medium, but the information description is very, very misleading. On the web it read 29 inches. The actual delivery was 24 inches! What's this now! 😎😎😎

Schöner Koffer, jedoch von mangelhafter Qualität.
Vom ersten Eindruck her ein schöner Koffer.
