This product was purchased as an ingredient to help with different recipes. I adore hummous and all things sesame so assumed that this would have the taste I was used to. However, the consistency is incredibly watery which doesn't help for recipes. It should be a paste. The taste itself is incredibly bitter and bland. There are better options out there for sure. Won't be purchasing again.

This is as good a tahini as one can hope for

This is much more thin than I am used to and will not go as far as the tahini I usually buy. Taste isn't bad though. I use it for hummus so the thicker the better. I've only bought tahini from health food shops before - usually Meridian brand which is thicker.

I think is quite expensive for the quality, very liquid for a "paste"

This a lovely smooth, easy to pour and creamy tasting tahini at a reasonable price

Not completely to my taste. Too watery or oily. Waitrose sells one that is pure sesame seeds, the cheapest of all the brands they sell, and is much better than this one.
