This isn't at all as pictured. The crayons and markers just roll around loosely, and that is not an easel. It doesn't stay open like that.

85 pieces means each half-sheet of construction paper is counted. Good concept for traveling art kit, but my kids end up not using the box as a desktop because they need to access all the coloring supplies stored inside the box. It would make more sense if the drawing surface was inside the box and the crayons and markers were to the side. It is also a little difficult to cram all the supplies back into the box.

I am so incredibly disappointed with the quality of this case. My 3.5 yr old loves this set and has treated it so well, we even store them on a shelf. However, despite being very careful and only using it as intended, never fighting or mistreating the lid, it came unattached after less than a month of use. Are you kidding me Crayola?!?! The "hinges" for this case are a joke. They have 3 easy attachment/detachment points, however where those plastic hinge pieces attach to the lid, they are a pre-bent extremely thin line of plastic that will so obviously break after being opened and closed repeatedly. It is pretty lame that the case couldn't even outlast the watercolors inside. Now I had a sad child who keeps apologizing and trying to explain that he just opened it every time it falls off, not worth the money at all.

The case is very lightweight and doesn't feel like it will last long. This is very surprising for a Crayola product! I also found the exact same product at a store for 1/3 the price. I wish it hadn't already given it to my daughter or I would have sent it back.

First, the pictures are terribly deceiving. You get 24 crayons and they have about twice that many crayons. The construction paper is super tiny. With the exception of the paint brush, there's no attempt to hold supplies in place. The "easel" only works if you use the markers to prop up the lid. There's no place to store the paper. Just buy the supplies and a tackle box. This is disappointing.

Seemed like a great idea for travel but it isn’t as great as I thought it’d be. Flimsy, not great size compartments for holding items well. The box is little large and hard to open and close for my 4 year old and for myself. Been cheaper to buy the items separate and forget the case. Also could cut construction paper in half. The scissors are great.

I compared several similar items for days before deciding to buy this. And, I'm so glad I went with this one! It's exactly as described and there's extra room inside the case for more crayons, markers, or anything else your little one might need to add to it. My favorite part is when you close the box it's made to hold whatever paper you're coloring on right in place. Which makes it very easy for young ones to be able to draw and color with little to no mess. We got this for my daughter that just turned 5 years old, and she LOVES it. I would recommend buying this to anyone who is considering a product like it, I know I'll definitely be buying more!

I like the kit, but unfortunately a few pieces were missing out of it - this had to be a mistake at manufacture, because it came sealed. However, didn't detract that for the price, what I did get inside the kit was well worth it, and the scissors, eraser and a few pens were easily replaced for a few dollars. My 3 year old loves it as he loves to colour and he can sit with this on his knee in the car and colour as we go. Well worth the price just for the case alone, never mind all the crayons this contained!

Over priced, would have returned it but bought it st the last minute as a present. Some crayons were missing, expensive for what it is.
