HoMedics Percussion Action Plus Massager with Heat

This massager does not knead. It only vibrates. And the vibration is so strong, even on the lowest setting, that your whole body and head vibrate while using it on your upper back. Very unpleasant. Hard to even hold when on higher settings because it vibrates so much. Not to mention it's also loud and heavy. Overall, terrible product.

The original product was delivered with a USA plug, however the sellar resolved my query to my satisfaction and provided a quick full refund for which I am very grateful. The product is outstanding

I like the massager it gives a good deep massage but after only 2 months of use almost every day the second speed stopped working it was the only speed I used but I wouldn’t not recommend it because I did use it a lot and I’ve owned other Homedics massager’s and they are very well built I had my last one for about 20 years at this price it’s worth trying you’ll be happy with it 3/28/24 The massager doesn’t work anymore and can’t get an exchange from Amazon because it’s more than 30 days I can no longer recommend this item stay away from this model. Update I got in touch with Homedics and they replaced the massager it was covered by the manufacturer warranty so I’ve been using it regularly daily and have had no issues with it at all so I change my prior review to I definitely recommend this item works great beyond expectations the vibration speed of this machine is incredible I hope to enjoy this massager for many years

Not working and not able to return
