They look good and they're comfortable to dancing.
I wear anywhere from a six and a half to a 7 and 1/2 in Street shoes depending on the manufacturer and the type of shoe. I ended up getting the size 8 and this dance shoe.

Definitely Runs Small
I didn't read carefully enough - THIS SHOE DEFINITELY RUNS SMALL. I purchased my 'normal' size (9) and could not even try it on. If I decide to reorder - I will probably try at least a 10.5. I gave it 4 stars bc the shoe appears to be very well made and flexible. FYI, I included my 'foot' info below; hope this helps:I have always been a size 9 shoe – when I was younger, I wore a 9-Narrow; after childbirth I am closer to a 9-Regular. Standing barefoot, my right foot measures as follows: End of Big Toe to Heel = 10.25” and Left to Right at Widest Part = 4” (including Bunion!).

Followed the size chart and added 1/2
I read some reviews and was nervous about ordering this for my daughter. I followed the chart and added 1/2 more. It fits great for her and makes her turns easier!

Disappointment
Not sure what kind of foot these are designed for. They are not for wide feet and there is ZERO arch support. I went up a full size from my usual 8.5 and while there is some stretch, having them longer look and feel ridiculous. I’ve been looking for a pair of white dance sneakers so I don’t mark up my floor and while these don’t mark the floor, that’s the only good thing about them. Unfortunately had to try them out in order to know they don’t work so now I’m stuck with them. If you have true high arches, look for a different shoe. If you have wide feet, look for another shoe. Very disappointing.

Was my favourite dance sneakers
I've been wearing Capezio DS11 for the last 8 years for linedance & the last 2 years for zumba. One pair usually lasts me around 2 years, frequency of use is 4-5 times a week...sometimes as long as 4 hours per session. These shoes have kept my knees & feet in good shape for the last 8 years. Excellent cushioning on the ball & heel which really is important for dancing, especially zumba. In these shoes I could jump, bounce & do pivoting with ease. My knees & feet have been protected from any injury & damage with these shoes. I've been wearing 9.5 all these years & I don't wear other brands besides Capezio. So recently,I ordered this pair again in my 9.5 since my current shoes although still in good condition are starting to show their age, been 2 years already. Imagine my disappointment when I received the shoes. A 9.5 couldn't fit me anymore! The width of the shoe is now way much narrower than my old pair. I forced my feet in but really just couldn't fit anymore. Sadly,I had to sell the shoes to a friend whose size fits. Putting side by side the old & new pair to compare, the difference in the cut is pretty obvious. The new pair cuts very narrow. I don't understand why Capezio now makes such narrow cut for its shoes. It was doing great with the old design for umpteen years. Many loyal Capezioians among my friends. In fact,as recent as last week,4 of my zumba friends bought this exact design upon my recommendation after going to a local shop to try the fit of the shoes. I would still recommend this DS11 for people wanting solid cushioning in their shoes for dance & Zumba but you must make sure you go to a local shop to try on the various sizes to see your best fit then order from Amazon. Don't just buy base solely on reviews here. I tried my friend's 10.5 & the fit was ok but somehow because of the narrow width the shoes didn't feel as great as before. So I won't be buying them for myself anymore. Capezio, please take heed.

Basic Dance Shoe
I bought this shoe after seeing several people wearing it in Zumba and in Latin dance classes. It is a great shoe for dance class-lightweight, allow you to glide or spin easily, good heel and ball of foot padding, but I did not like it at all for anything high impact (depends on your Zumba class). The shoe has no external bottom sole under the arch, so your arch is not protected during repetitive impact. Like other reviews have noted, it does run very small-order a full size above your normal sneaker size.

I wear a 10. I ordered a 10 and 11. Had to send the 10 back -too small. So order one size up.
For the money a good shoe

Go up a size to your normal but great fit!
Really lightweight. Nice fit. I'm normally a 5 but had to return for a size 6.

The dansneaker is comfortable, well padded
Shipping was ultra fast. The dansneaker is comfortable, well padded, but slightly narrow towards the toes/ front part of the foot. It is not as wide as a typical running shoe; not recommended for people requiring a wide shoe.Quality of the shoe is very good, except there was a small tear where the arch bends. The outer fabric tore through the stitching and I was able to glue it back without much fuss.

A little bigger in toe section.
It’s a little larger than expected in the toe area. The description said to order a size bigger than regular shoe size. I have to know if anyone else found this, and if so, are they still comfortable to dance in?
