What I like about this is that it’s a small neck warmer, which is exactly what I was looking for to put in a suitcase for a plane. The neck warmer I use at home is much bigger and heavier so this was perfect for traveling with. However it does not get hot enough to really warm up your muscles before you exercise your neck but was better than using nothing. It says that you can only leave it in the microwave 75 min which is not at all warm so I had to adjust time to about 2.5 min. It’s advertised as a Bed Buddy but it doesn’t stay warm long enough to be one unless you want to get up about every 10 or 15 minutes and warm it up some more. The packaging it came in did not tell me to always put water into the microwave safe glass or cup while you’re warming it up. The tag that was actually sewn into it is quite long so I cut it off and just happened to glance at it and that’s what had the main instructions on it .. which most people don’t read these tags so the full instructions should have been on the package not that tag. If you follow my instructions it was fine for what I needed the week I was gone and the cost was very very reasonable.
