However, in the cars I have, it obstructed the view so I don't get the full effect of the 360 cameras. The license plate on the front of the car was the furthest most part of the car, so this was perfect. Another great thing about this is it is made of metal and wont break easy like my aluminum one. The way it is cut to fit a camera is also great. The way the review read, I thought this was the entire unit, INCLUDING THE CAMERA. It is not. It is just the holder for the Alpine camera. I should have known by the price, but I was playing the odds. The picture of the holder shows it with the camera in it. How are we to know it doesn't come with the camera? I wasn't sure whether to give it 1 star because of the deceptiveness of the review or 5 stars for the quality. It is very nice for what it is, a nice sturdy metal frame with all the mounting hardware and nice license plate lights built in. I know Amazon is a HUGE site and they have alot of items to write product reviews on, but they need to do a little better job. I guess I have to buy the expensive Alpine camera to put in it.
