I had purchased an Alpine INA-W900 and wanted a backup camera to go with it. I found this bracket and figured it would be the best way to hook it up. Install was pretty simple..just figuring out how to route it was the hardest part. It's installed on an 05 Subaru STI and was a little tricky running the wires. But it's a good product and haven't had any problems so far.

Installed 360 camera on all my cars. Ideally, the camera would be mounted to the grill or part of the car. However, in the cars I have, it obstructed the view so I don't get the full effect of the 360 cameras. The license plate on the front of the car was the furthest most part of the car, so this was perfect. Another great thing about this is it is made of metal and wont break easy like my aluminum one. The way it is cut to fit a camera is also great. The camera survived my car wash, when other solutions didn't.

BE ADVISED THIS IS JUST THE HOLDER!!!!!!! The way the review read, I thought this was the entire unit, INCLUDING THE CAMERA. It is not. It is just the holder for the Alpine camera. I should have known by the price, but I was playing the odds. The picture of the holder shows it with the camera in it. How are we to know it doesn't come with the camera? I wasn't sure whether to give it 1 star because of the deceptiveness of the review or 5 stars for the quality. It is very nice for what it is, a nice sturdy metal frame with all the mounting hardware and nice license plate lights built in. I know Amazon is a HUGE site and they have alot of items to write product reviews on, but they need to do a little better job. I guess I have to buy the expensive Alpine camera to put in it. I imagine I'll be happy in the long run, but am spending WAY more then I had hoped to.

Fit well, easy to install and works very well with my existing F-250 factory color screen. No excuses, it is crystal clear and we’ll built.

The plate mounting kit does exactly as is intended. The quality is well made, and it looks clean and good. Camera fit perfectly. I used it with the Alpine 305R camera which was extremely overpriced and not worth it, but the mounting kit was fine.
