It dries out your hair so I wouldn’t recommend using it on a 2 year old, unless it’s just for an occasional styling with the intention to wash it out the same day

For fine wavy hair use very sparingly.

No, I actually LOVE this product and a must have. I use this in conjunction with an oil and my twistouts always come out gorgeous!!!!
