The media could not be loaded.  This diary has been my friend and companion over the past year, aiding me in aligning with a manifestation practice I discovered and deeply resonated with. It's been an intriguing exercise and experience to recite those words every morning, as well as to ponder the guided thoughts from Brian and Stephen throughout the day. If you're on a spiritual journey and seeking to connect with your core, I would definitely recommend it. Although the book is a bit too large and heavy for travel, its size is actually perfect for its intended use. Consequently, I've also acquired one for this year. 😊

Within minutes of receiving and opening item discovered these scribbling sim the book although described as unused with notes or writing.

I’m enjoying this journal 📔It can be used on its own, the weekly meditations are taken from The Daily Stoic. Every day there’s a question for a morning and an evening meditation. I like having a moment alone with my thoughts at the begging and end of the day.
