Covers old, brown water stains
Perfect for covering old brown water stains prior to priming and painting. Some needed a second coat but works as stated. You can use water based primer and paint over this product. Excellent product!

Works well for wall repairs
I am absolutely not a handy person but watched a YouTube video on this and was able to repair a hole on my wall. I removed a hook which tore the wall to the drywall. This definitely helps and seals it in for spackling.

You can paint over silicone with this!
I thought I made a massive mistake when remodeling our office. I used silicone instead of caulk cause it's what I had and when it was time to paint it wouldn't stick for anything. Did alot of research and even professional painters were saying there's no way to fix this other than pulling out the silicone. Found 1 10 second video of a man using this as an alternative and im so glad I found that. If youre in the same boat please use this. I wouldn't recommend in a high traffic area though. It does scratch off easier than normal but in other instances it's totally worth it

It works, but it isn't perfect
So, I researched ceiling paint extensively before deciding on this brand. It had the best overall reviews and seemed reputable. I had three different areas of my house that had water damage. Two of the areas were fairly small (they could both be covered by a regular size sheet of paper). The third area was much larger (we had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom and water came through the kitchen). I also have a popcorn-style ceiling. This paint spray covered the two smaller areas flawlessly. I was super impressed. The larger area was not covered as nicely. I can definitely still see the stains. I will have to apply at least one more coat to see if it works better. I will have to wait for warmer weather again though, as the smell of this paint is super strong and I will need every window and door open! Also, the sprayer seems to clog very easy, which was a bit irritating. Overall, it provides decent coverage on smaller areas. I am still debating on its effectiveness on larger areas.

Life saver!!
Even after scrubbing, cleaning, sanding, following all of the steps, I had tanin bleeding through my kitchen cabinet doors (painted white). I needed a miracle. I spent SO MUCH time painting them. This stuff saved me many hours. I sanded the spots where there was bleeding, sprayed a layer of this stuff on, and once it dried (dried really quickly) I did my top coat of white. It completely covered the bleed through. Amazing!!!
