Mason Cash 2001.074 Forest Stoneware Juicer, Cream

Tardó bastante en llegar, pero mereció la pena... Es simplemente precioso, buena calidad de cerámica, digno de colección.

Molto piacevole da vedersi nel suo color crema, questo spremiagrumi non è il solito "coso" leggero e difficile da reggere, ma decentemente sostanzioso e con manico assai pratico. Inoltre la Mason Cash (inglese) è un nome che garantisce qualità, uno stile che spesso riprende forme tradizionali, robustezza e praticità. Mia mamma (e io non sono giovane) aveva delle ciotolone in gres per torte, che esistono ancora dopo una sessantina di anni. Sempre belle. 5 stelle.

I love that the deep dish means that you can squeeze all the juice without the juice escaping over the top which hapoens with the shallow dish found in other lemon squeezers. This one is sturdy, accommodates all size of lemons with ease and has a subtle forest animals design which is delightful. You'll need a bit more room in your cupboard to store it. Like all lemon squeezers incorporating a dish for the juice, you'll need to turn it over in the draining rack after washing it due to its shape- washing in dishwasher not recommended for this reason as it is inevitably full of water at the end of the cycle. This is not a problem for me as I rinse it straight away after use, before the bits of lemon dry and stick on. Highly recommended.

This is a very pretty little juicer. It’s all one piece and seems built to last. It has weight to it. Tried it on lemons and was very happy.This ia an off-white that is more like an oatmeal color. There is no yellow tone.I noticed that many other juicers are too small, made of an inferior material like plastic, and would not look pretty if you left it out on the counter. Not the case with this French-inspired juicer!
