Drag Queen Coloring Book: Adult Color Therapy: Featuring Rupaul, Alaska Thunderf*ck, Lil' Poundcake, Jinkx Monsoon, Alyssa Edwards, Detox, Kim Chi, ... Andrews From Rupaul's Drag Race: Volume 1

Bought as a gift for my RuPaul fanatic friend. He loved it and I was able to pick which book he would like most, by the list given that lists the Queens in the book. I was able to pick the book with Kim Chi in - his favourite Queen. There are images of each Queen twice and there are no images on the back of other images, to prevent the bleeding of pens effecting other pictures. However, the lines of the images felt too inconsistent in thickness and I think where images cut off suddenly creates a slight stress as you never know where to stop colouring. On the other hand, it is a nice change to the overly detailed images that become frustrating too quickly and some of the lines' thickness help when it comes those who normally can't help but draw outside the line. I am pleased with the book and plan to buy him another one on another occasion. However, if I were to buy one for myself I wouldn't like the inconsistency of line thickness in the images but there is a sufficient amount of pictures - not too little, not too many.

Nothing wrong with the quality of the books or the drawings but I was hoping for glitzy dresses and glamorous shoes to colour in. These are all faces and, while there's a chance to 'make up' these guys, I'd have rather enjoyed dressing them up too!

The drawings are a bit mediocre and could be better, some of the queens drawings hardly look like them. To call this colour therapy is an overstatement, detail is what helps in colour therapy and these drawings lack that. There are a lot of extra unnecessary blank pages in the book. A nice touch is the double copies of the drawings to colour in but some variation in the drawings would be better rather than the exact same thing printed twice. Its an okay gag but money is probably best spent elsewhere.

I bought this as a bad taste present for a fan of the show, so I'm really pleased. The paper is good quality, but there are two of the same picture throughout. It might have been more fun to have two different pictures of our favourite queens. Given how basic the line drawings are I'm sure M Cryptkeeper could have given us more variety.

I bought this as a gift for my friend as drag race is our "Thing" she was super happy with it as was i and i would definitely get another one!its a fab little stocking filler or fun present.Shantay, you stay !
