Wire quality is good, only the over-thick top insulation is unnecessary
The wire (copper strands) are of stated quality and thickness. The only issue is that the outer white insulation inside which the two cores pass in their individual red/black insulations is too thick (as shown in picture). It is unnecessary and reduces the flexibility of the cable. The total thickness of cable is like that of cable TV wire.
