I purchased this mic case to protect my Rode mic while traveling. The red cradle snapped away from my current Rode mic housing (I still don’t know how it happened). So, I ordered this case as a preventative measure. It’s very sturdy with a strong zipper closure. My mic fits perfectly.

This case is perfect for the Rode microphone. It honestly should be included wit the mic.

High quality materials. Neoprene like outer shell, very soft and pleasing to the touch. Zipper is very sturdy and easy to open and close. Interior is so very soft! All stitching looks great...should hold up a long time. Comes with carabiner that can be attached to metal loop on outer case...handy! With it I can clip the case to any other case for convenience - no need to cram it into an already full case, just clip it on! Perfect size for sunglasses too, even the larger 3D glasses.UPDATE: one small hiccup...one case of the two I bought is slightly smaller than the other and the mic gets squished.

It is a great hard shell case. Nice and tough and has the little netted spot for the cable but it is a tad small for the Mic. If you are going to advertise that it is a case the right size for something then make sure it fits with a little extra room not a little less than whats needed. I mean it fits but I know its pushing down on the suspension of the Mic. Makes me feel like if it was sat on or a lot of pressure was put on it the outcome would not be good. But I will say that it would take a lot to do that cause it is made really tough. It is definitely a "hard" shell. So that is a plus.

I made this purchase a few years ago and haven't regretted it. Simply put, it does the job that it's advertised to do. The case is light but thick and sturdy enough to protect what is inside. My Rode mic fits snugly in the bottom of the case and the audio cable fits in the pouch in the top of the case. I recommend this case.

Muy buena calidad

So glad I found this case! I had been forced to store my Rode Mic in the box in was originally packaged in, to carry around in my bag. This little case provides great protection, is much easier to take my mic in and out of (then the box), and frees up a ton of bad space. It's awesome! Would recommend.

Cant beat this for the price. Zipper works perfect. Not a hardshell but very sturdy. Loved it.

Es funcional y práctico

Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo the case was to large for my Rode VideoMic NTG On-Camera Shotgun Microphone. Quality of the case was alright but not functional for my purposes.
