No it is JUST THE CASE. This picture shows you the things that fit in it as discribed so the "Wonder WorksdDash/Robot/Dot Creativity kit/Xylophone//Launcher" fit in this CASE.

Does the case top section have mesh or something to help hold all of the accessories?

No! It is just an open box with the mesh pocket. I got it to hold mine and am not using it to store Dash. It also does not have a spot that fits dash snug.
