The size of this washing machine is more suitable for a family of one or two people, especially in summer, it is a good choice when you want to wash clothes every day. However, the configured outlet pipe is a bit short. It is recommended to configure an extra extension pipe, which would be even better.

What a waste of time and money. I spent hours trying to work out why the machine blocked the incoming water supply. I gave up in despair. So it failed even before it was given stuff to wash. The instructions were useless: in fractured English and meaningless. There is no technical hotline or customer service. So the machine had to be returned, at my expense coz it was too big to post. Thank goodness I kept the packaging. Altogether a frustrating, irritating, dispiriting experience. Do yourself a favor: don’t buy this shabby product.

I love this product i dont have washer hook ups at my house so it saves us money on trips to the laundromat all though it takes me 3 days to get everything done lol i have 3 kids and a wife

When I first got the machine there was a problem with the pump and they sent me another one that works perfectly.

Once I got it working this washer works great. The hose that lets the water in did not fit my sink so I had to buy a different one and wait for that. I didn't know the size of the threads on my faucet so I just got a pack with multiple universal sizes and that worked pretty well without any of the attachments. When you set the machine to heavy wash it's really loud and I have it propped up so that the short outlet water pipe can reach my sink, so I was nervous it would shake itself onto the floor. Other than that it functions amazingly well but I've only had it for a few weeks so idl how long it will last. I read about leaks in other reviews but mine doesn't leak and it washes really fast in my opinion. Also the picture makes it look metallic but it's a dull gray brown

Works better than a full size washer!

It's just what I want perfect size washes great bought one it started to leak.They replaced it the second one, also leaks. Don't know what to do now. They told me to dispose of the broken one on my own which cost me money. Now they're telling me I have to send both of the machines back to them.

I received this product with water leaking out when I opened it! Clearly it has been used before. It’s missing a part AND doesn’t connect to any faucet. Not worth the money. DO NOT buy
