I really like the towel rack. My husband did have to add a wooden extension board for attaching the device to the inside of my kitchen cabinet for installing under the sink. No problems with that at all. After installing the pull-out, it seemed just a bit cranky to pull out. We added a bit of lubricant to the slide and it works perfectly. I love it. No more dish towels laying on the countertops or draped over the sink.

Good quality but very large. I didn't have space to install under my sink. Be aware you will pay $6.75 to return this. Not an Amazon product.

Works great and not expensive… folks, the trick to making it slide easy is to coat the track with either tree wax (Cannuba paste wax) or plumbers silicone jelly. (IMO the tree wax holds up longer). I apply a thin coat with a cheap stiff brush commonly called an acid brush.

I should have read the other one star reviews first before buying it as a reviewer was spot on when they said there was no ball bearings in it so it doesn't glide out. I wouldn't mind if it worked and could easily pull it out, it's not that it's not just smooth but it's like hard yanking on it, feeling it tight/scraping even when it does come out. The thing is that I can't even use it as a non pull out and straight towel rail as it doesn't fit on the door it's far too wide for it* so it has to be fit on the actual cupboard and it's hard to bend down past the sink to see it without pulling it out. It's quite expensive and I can't believe the jarring/not working as a pull out. I gave it straight to my contractor to put up so didn't have a chance to see it first (my mistake) or it would have been sent back. *I also can't believe it won't fit on the back of one of the standard door that fits a 36" sink cabinet, I obviously didn't look at the photo closely enough so that's my mistake but not having the pull out function not be perfectly smooth and easily pull out because of it HAVING to go on the cupbaord is ridiculous. Maybe the other 5 star reviews have ball bearings and is smooth and I and others just got dud ones but I didn't see where they could go if they were missing so I don't think it's a dud. I bought a straight non pull out, swing arm cheap towel rail that does fit the back of the door and does it's job well at half the price of this one.

Towel holder was hard to push and pull. I lubed with silicone grease and works great.

Facile à installer et il y a deux petites pièces qui permet de laisser plus d’espace entre le mur d’installation, ce qui permet d’être plus loin de la porte lorsqu’on l’ouvre et on glisse le support vers l’extérieur. Sans ces ajouts, le support aurait accroché et éraflé l’intérieur de la porte

Exactement comme décrit. Plus robuste que celui que j’ai remplacer. Fonctionne très bien.

Le métal est de bonne qualité, mais le "mécanisme" d'extension est très ordinaire. C'est un morceau de plastique qui glisse sur un rail de métal. Le mouvement n'est pas fluide. Il y a de la résistance et ça fait bas de gamme. Au prix demandé, il me semble que le mécanisme pourrait être des roulettes ou un roulement à billes quelconque.
