Well built & Functional
It was very easy to install, came with many knock-out options for various cables and conduits. Very solid build, and parts fit nicely.

Spent a lot of time reviewing
I put a lot of effort into this project because I wanted the TV to hang just right, perfectly flat against the wall. I found the perfect mount for it. I cut the hole myself and mounted it without any problems. If you're planning to hang a TV, I really suggest using a laser level to make sure everything is straight. It took me a few hours to get all the measurements right so the TV would sit just right against the wall and hide all the wires. LG TVs come with a helpful guide. Between that and the laser level, the installation turned out great, as you can see in my pictures.

No support from the company
I’m overall happy with the box as it was easy to install and well made. It fit well between the studs and replaced a home intercom system box. The outlet the comes with it didn’t really work well the predrilled holes, but I figured out how to make it work.The exception comes when requesting support from the company for the cover plate that was missing paint, rusted, and bent as seen in the photos. Hopefully others didn’t have the same experience. Bad on me for not opening all parts upon receipt to know if it was damaged and needed a return.

Screws used to close cabinet did not fit.
The screws used to put the cover on this cabinet are supposed to be self-tapping. But they do not fit. I’m having to make a second trip now to repair the box. Other than that, it’s a great product.

Wrong Size/Missing Screws Holes Misaligned
I’m going to have to buy screws and re-drill holes. Ordered 2 units. One came without any screws and the other came with wrong size screws. The screw holes are also misaligned. The units are sturdy so I’m not sending back but wish I had bought another product that will not require me to buy extra tools and screws. Also, the cable holes are super large which defeats the purpose of securing equipment. I’m going to have to glue on some kind of hardware cloth to make sure the equipment isn’t tamper proof.
