Estwing hammer. None better. Nicely balanced, swings well. Good hickory handle, nice and thick will need to rasp down to suit preferred shape and grip. With proper care this hammer will last many years.

Terrible Quality
The wood on the handle is really soft and dents very easily. The head is not snug on the handle and feels like it would fall off after a couple good hits. They sent me four of these hammers and the quality is the same on all of them. I bought this tool for work and would not feel safe using it on a job site. If you depend on your tools to make a living, DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
