Not sure how much this is helping my skin, but I’m regular now. It was upsetting my stomach at first, but now I think it’s nice. No real flavor or aftertaste. I’m sleeping better and don’t feel like the old man from UP every morning.

This is a superior product. Nothing negative about the quality of extract. However, it is pricey for the amount received. But the "real" negative is the poor envelope pouch packaging. When the envelope is opened, product comes out in a cloud of dust which is wasteful for such an expensive product. This makes it hard to re-seal the envelope because of extract getting into the ziplock. Another issue: it's tricky to remove all the product with a measuring spoon when product gets to the bottom because of the folds in the pouch. I have to dump the envelope out, which is another waste of extract if more than I need falls out. FIVE stars for quality extract but ZERO stars for the envelope packaging. Real Mushrooms needs to repackage this in a screw top container.

The first time I ordered this product I noticed it did not contain 60 servings. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I orded it again, only for my second order to have about 30 servings like the first. It's safe to say the insufficient amount is consistent. Also, the bag is not conducive for scooping the powder. Lastly, I personally did not notice any improvement with my skin or cognition.
