Nice product
I found this as a good console for my primarily game nba2k18. The button and everything perfectly working on my win10 PC including vibration on the controller itself. That's why I leave a comment here as serve for good received items so far

The box was damaged!
The controller works perfectly and no single scratch, but the box came opened in an aggressive way in the back.I bought the USB version, so if anyone willing to buy it, it can happen to you too.

Didnt last a month, the controller does not turn on.
I have no idea if this was a lemon or the item ws just faulty. Have not used during Ramadhan and tried all the instructions from Microsoft to fix the problem. Now Im bothered to bring it to MS for repair? Wth man?

Works good and genuine controller
I bought the controller which comes with an additional USB-C cable. Works good so far, it has 5 months warranty left when I checked in Microsoft's official website. The package box of the controller was a bit damaged, other than that so far, good.
