This has worked well 98% of the time so far. 4 months in and it’s still functioning well except for a couple random times when it has gotten stuck open and running, which has been resolved by unplugging it and plugging it back in. It’s kept our 4 year old from leaving the faucet running or flooding his sink, so it’s a good trade off I think.

Relatively easy to install. I used the battery option since there is no electrical outlet under the sink. The sensor is very responsive. Beautiful chrome finish which is easy to maintain. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a hot/cold water mixer.

I bought three of this faucet about two years ago. Now two are out and one works. I should say it has a 2 year life span, then you will see the problem.Matt

I bought it and it does not work well. We hold our hands under it over and over and it comes on very little.:( Just not pleased at all and we plugged it in so not to use batteries.

Brought this unit back in march install Electric outlet for it so i dont have To use battries, worked grate for a bout four months, my family loved it until it started giving problems. The water comes out for less than half a second than stops, move your hand away wait for red light in sensor To stop blinking than put hand back for half second of water again. Very fustrating. Time expired for me To return it , so now im stuck with a piece of junk. Will not recomend. Spend your money on the good ones.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this item. It is good looking and reasonably priced. However, it works horribly. The water comes out for about a 1/2 second then stops. Start-stop-start-stop. Impossible to wash hands properly. I have attached a video to show it in action. I will need to buy another item to replace this.UPDATE The seller read my review and offered to send a new sensor. I agreed to update my review after I installed it. The installation was quick and easy. The new sensor works much better but still not perfect. I can (more often) wash my hands normally but must be very careful not to get further away than a couple inches from the sensor. There is no adjustment possible for the timing and distance. It seems there is now a blinking red light in the sensor which comes on to notify the user it has entered this quick on/quick off mode shown in my original video, The user must wait until it stops blinking (about 10 seconds) before normal usage. I have updated my review to 3 stars for the unit plus one for good customer service.

Sent quickly, everything necessary to install included, easily installed (I spent more time getting the old faucet off!) and works well.
