Ordering a couch that comes in pieces in a box and has to be assembled is a little daunting. I'm not ready to shop in stores again but have had a very mixed experience doing mostly online shopping. This couch had only one question and response on the seller's website. The question was about the cushions being reversible. The response was that they were attached and couldn't be moved. That is not correct. I questioned the seller to get more information and was told that the covers could not be removed. This is also not correct. The covers are zippered and can be removed for washing. So it arrived in one big box. The cushions, all flat in side heavy plastic popped up nicely as soon as the plastic was opened. Assembly (I've done many other pieces of wood furniture) came with relatively easy instructions required some muscle which my son had an easier time with than I did. It took a few hours to get it together. It fits nicely in my living room and is comfortable. Cushions could be plumper. The 'corduroy' upholstery doesn't have a lot of texture but looks pretty good as does the color.Not bad for a couch that came in a box.

Color was spot on, casual traditional look , but clearly not an expensive piece of furniture. One of the arms collapsed the first time hub put elbow on it - cardboard? For our family room for the dogs & eating so works for us.

Easy to assemble comfortable and firm.

the box came severely damaged. By some miracle the contents weren't affected. It came with no instructions of how to put it together. you have to wing it. One of the things which is to hold the two back pieces was missing so I will have to buy a bolt for it. it's a nice looking couch once together. it is pretty cheaply made however so I don't think it will be durable and last very long. You get what you pay for i guess.

very cheaply made, was sent only 4 left side cushions and no right side cushions its not comfortable in any way and the lump in the center where the halves meet is hard...... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. LAST COUCH I GOT FROM AMAZON WAS 200 DOLLARS LESS AND STILL MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THIS ONE THAT WAS SMALLER AND COST 200 DOLLARS MORE

This couch DID NOT HAVE ALL THE PIECES TO PUT IT TOGETHER, I was very unsatisfied due to the fact that it took me 2 days to put together, because I had to buy the specific screws that it needed to be put together. Not only was it not complete, it also DID NOT HAVE INSTRUCTIONS, so imagine this being delivered with not all the proper pieces but no instructions on how to put together. It was a nightmare.

Its OK for the price, but not high quality. We like it. No instructions, and one bolt didn't align with the nut inside. I had to put a screw into it.

Came faster then eta emails suggested. cushions vaccum packed in one large box. Box was a little dinged on the outside but everything was good inside.
