Best prenatal vitamin - all nutrients and easy to digest
After Trimacare 1 my wife has moved to trimacare 2 as she came to her 2nd trimester as suggested by her doctor at Max hospital, she is liking it as she says the iron is easy to digest not like normal iron she had during our first pregnancy, also her scans show that our baby is growing fine which was a big concern for us as our first child was born underweight so we are very happy with trimacare

It has iron but stomach doesn't feel heavy - no nausea - great product!!!
I hated eating iron tablets because of the nausea it made me feel however this one is different as it has Iron but even then, it isn’t making me feel stomach upset or anything like that. I think they had added something to make it easy to digest I would recommend this to all pregnant ladies just go for it.

Best Prenatal vitamin for vegetarians
My gynecologist suggested that I should eat prenatal supplement as I’m vegetarian and fussy eater. Big Big change I can see in myself with my energy levels and my mood. I would recommend this one to all women as my gynecologist said it has very important nutrients for the baby.

Too much iron
While I liked all the other aspects of this prenatal, it has too much iron. I don't know of any other prenatal vitamin that has 60mg of iron, and this much may not be safe. Too much can be toxic. This prenatal would be good for anaemic women but even then, should be discontinued once the iron levels have increased. I started experiencing nausea after 3 weeks of using this vitamin, and I wasn't even pregnant (was using it for pre-conception). Now that I've stopped using this product it has gone away. If they reduced the iron in this vitamin to 20-30mg I would use it every day, but since it has so much I've switched to another brand.

Really worst product do not buy
If you really care your family than do not buy this product. They are selling bad product for pregnant women. They should have shame to sell such rotten tablets. I have attached images of fungal like spots on tablet. Pls check ur also before eating it can harm ur newborn.

Neutral Tasting Prenatal, Good for Immunity
Tastes neutral, no bad or bitter aftertaste of these prenatal tablets. I am also getting less colds and all I think because of the Vitamin c in this as it improves immunity.
