Pen came with never been used empty cartridge & listing clearly states it it comes with a blue cartridge- how do I get a blue cartridge ?!?!!

I know it's been a few years, but the blue cartridge is in the body of the pen behind the empty cartridge

What point is medium?

Most would list it as a 0.5 mm.

Can you use the refillable adapter for the ink?

The pen uses a standard international cartridge. If you have that size adapter, I think it should fit. Not sure how you would refill with the ballpoint. You would probably have to fill the adapter and then put it in the pen. I use a syringe to refill the empty ink cartridge.

What's the longevity of the tip? Do they sell replacements?

Couldn't give specific time but the tip is very sturdy. Replacement tips are not available.
