The easiest and fastest way I have lost weight without starving
I have used this plan and this book before and I'm very pleased with the results I have had in the past but I lost my book so I had to get a new one. I eat out a lot so being able to refer to this book for meals I can get in restaurants or even quick meals at the store has been a lifesaver for me. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't tell you the exact amount of grams for the carbohydrates in the meals and that is something I like to know but I just assume they're all 40 when it says 2 servings or 20 when it says one to be on the safe side. If you haven't read the book what I just mentioned may not make sense but once you read it, it will make perfect sense. I also downloaded this book on my phone so I can have it with me and not always have to carry the book so that should show how much I love this book and his plan. If you have not bought his original book you can buy this book and get all the information you need plus the quick meals without having to buy two books but I had already bought the original book first. I plan on buying his recipe book as well soon and recommend this plan for anyone who wants to lose weight quickly and still eat normal food but you do have to be committed to cutting out your carbs and sugar. I can't eat things that taste bad, take a lot of time, or that I have to go to special stores for so I do not use some of the things that he recommends that you have to buy online or health food stores and I still do great with this plan just eating regular food that tastes great. I usually eat eggs, bacon, and a slice of toast for breakfast, and then go to a restaurant or a fast food place based on his book recommendations for lunch and dinner and that keeps it simple and easy for me but still allows for a lot of variety so I don't get bored with the plan. You do lose weight fast but you will gain it back fast too if you stray from the plan as I tend to do in the winter months so I usually start the plan again before summer and look great by summer time when I stick to it. I recommend people plan on making this a lifelong commitment if you want to keep the weight off and that goes for any weight loss plan.

Fast Food/Restaurant Meal Swaps
I thought the book was okay. It compared all fast food to other fast food places and what was better to eat over the first choice. You are allowed 15 grams of sugar a day and up to 20 grams of carbs or less to consider 1 carb. 15/6 is his ratio. 15 grams of sugar and 6 total carbs considering 20 grams of carbs to be 1 carb. So you get 6 carbs and actually 1 sugar per day. He doesn't talk about fat at all. Fat actually has more calories than sugar and carbs do. If you have problems processing carbs and sugar, I'm guessing you may have a fatty liver to start with. I was working with a nutritionist and the nutritionist consider 15 grams or less 1 carb and up to three carbs per meal. Sugar is included in the carb count. I was disappointed that there wasn't more substance to the chapters. page 8 and 9 are 95 percent of what you need to know. If you eat most of your meals at fast food places or restaurants then this is book is good for you. I don't. This should be subtitled "Restaurant Meal Swaps".

Weight Loss Heaven for Fast Food/Restaurant Lovers
At a recent doctors appointment I was told to stay away from anything frozen, anything in a can, and all fast food joints and restaurants. I told my doctor that did not fit my lifestyle and there had to be some happy alternative we could both live with that would help me lose weight. Enter the Belly Fat Cure Quick Meals book.I love that the book contains the same glossy pictures as its predecessors (see my other reviews) and Belly Bad/Belly Good choices for fast food, popular restaurants, frozen entrees, sodas, power bars and more. Now I can just make a permanent grocery list of Belly Good Carb Swaps I can eat that will help me drop the excess pounds. I can put the Belly Good restaurant meal suggestions in my pocket Moleskine (in my purse with notes) so I can happily eat at my favorite food joints.For people who eat out a lot this book will allow you to make wise Carb Swap choices while dining and finally lose weight. helps u to understand differences between fast food options
Enjoyed the book, not good for iPad because u can't flip back as easy and see what and what not to eat, but I will order the sugar and carb counter to carry w me! I've lost 15lbs so far following Jorge's ways and I have NEVER been able to lose!! I first read "the 100" and LOVED it! My fav part is u don't have to work out to lose! I'm a busy full time working mom and would rather spend quality time w my son than at the gym! And I'm satisfied when I go to bed! I have my occasional slip ups... But noe that I've read this book.... I've found other option that will be just as good and WAY LESS sugar. I'm convinced that is the key... Watch sugar and carb intake and u will lose!:) good luck!

Wrong book for me.
This wasn't what I was expecting from the book. Its great if you eat out a lot, which is what the book is about. Its my fault I didn't pay more attention to what I was buying. Great pictures of the meals to grab on the go.

Glad I Got This One
I just got my book a couple of hours ago and really like it. Since I'm familiar with the BFC program, I didn't read through the testimonials or chapters yet. Upon skimming it, it looks like the same stuff that is in original book explaining the program.What I am most interested in is the quick meal options. I am very pleased with the color pages of belly good quick meals. It includes a nice variety of restaurant meal options and frozen meal options that I wouldn't have considered. It saves me time from trying to figure what would fit my S/C balance for the day. I especially like that some of the belly good restaurant meals include a "How to order this" description of what menu item it is and the changes to request in order to make it a belly good meal.Overall I'm really glad I ordered it. I have the original book and the fast track. This one is a nice addition to my BFC program.

More pictures than info. Not really worth the money.I have not used it much at all. More helpful books out there.
