With a schotko adapter would this work to test the ground overseas at 220v?

With and adapter maybe not sure I’m not an electrician

If I use this how do I tell if the outlet has no ground? Theres no indicator on the device its self that says no ground.

Because the ground light on this device will not be lit up. The ground light will only light up on this device if the outlet is properly grounded.

Will this show a short in the wiring?

Lo recomiendo mucho sin problemas, posiblemente lo único malo es que las instrucciones no están en español solo ingles, no tengo problemas para leerlo pero seria bueno tenerlo en español de igual manera.
