I bought this kit for myself to use as pin cushions. The only drawback is that if you want the doughnuts to be as puffy as in the pictures, you need to have additional poly stuffing. Straight pins to hold larger pieces together is also helpful. There wasn’t instructions on how to specifically “sprinkle” the icing. Every single felt item is precut, so you can start sewing right away. Overall, it’s a great kit with different ideas for the animals. As long as the child has good fine motor skills, this will be a very fun project.
