Good quality hardware
Functions perfectly. Used vertically on transom inside cockpit after hull was opened to make a rudder repair. This did the trick perfectly. Includes a seal on the screw in plate to ensure waterproofing. Arrived quickly. No complaints!

This is not a 4 inch cover plate it’s a 4 1/2 inch cover plate
This boat access cover was advertised as a 4 inch cover cover. It is not 4 inches it is for 4 1/2 inches. I purchased this to fit into a existing 4 inch hole in my boat.
