Leon Bakst: Masterpieces in Colour: Volume 2 Paperback – 25 Feb. 2015

Poor quality book. I thought only the covers would be bad, as the font of the texts is Comic Sans Serif, which gives an extremely amateur look, but I decided to give it a shot when I read "in colour". Unfortunately some images are cut. I included one image that shows "detail" images. It's not a detail at all, it is just a cut that is about 120% bigger than the full image, not more than that. You can't call it a "detail", it is just a waste of pages. There isn't a lot of text which is ok, but it is poorly written. Some fundamental costumes by Bakst are not included in the book, and all this low quality for twice the price of a professional edition like, say, Basic Art Series from Taschen? I can make a better book myself with only a regular writing software, then I just have to bring it to the print shop next door. I give it two stars instead of only one because the images are colorful. Now I'll check how much it costs to send it back.
