The product I got was damaged that it has water leaking from the pleats inside

It seems to be used one and colour given was white instead of blue. Disappointed

not 11 inch. very small. don't buy.

Came in different colour and design but tat doesn't matter... It's really helpful to relieve pain... Good one..

Like this a lot. Fill with ice and then water and keeps area of body cold for therapy. Only issue is it is tough to get the ice in from automatic ice maker on fridge. Openin is small. Not a big problem though. Have been using for a while and has not leaked. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing product.We’ve been using it numerous times per day.Feels good on the skin,fits well on the knee,leak proof. Great price and came quickly. Looks stylish as well,lol.
