Didn't work from the start.
Ordered this adaptor for use during my sets as a DJ but the first time I plugged it into the mixer the audio crackled and cut out. Moved it a little and the audio returned then crackled and cut out again. Turns out that it's a little bigger than 3.5mm and the pin has room to wiggle round and cause a broken connection. Not the best when trying to mix. Tried using a different set of IEM's with the same result. Just for clearance of any doubt used a different set of headphones with the larger jack already on the cable and no problems with the audio so it's wasn't my equipment at fault. Not worth the agg of returning to Amazon so just a case of live and learn..
